Training and Awareness Workshops
Real skill-building. Our training and awareness workshops are short, practical, and tailored to your objectives. We alternate essential concepts, concrete cases, and hands-on practice. Topics: accessibility (WCAG/RGAA, acceptance criteria), eco-design (budgets, assets, sobriety), UX Design (journeys, testing), strategic framing (prioritisation, trade-offs), product governance (roles, rituals, Kanban/JIRA), technical basics for collaboration (API, CI/CD, sustainable web performance). We can also cover AI integration (assistants, prompts, risks, metrics), always from a utility and ethics perspective. Each session is contextualised: your journeys, wireframes, technical debt, KPIs. We run live prototype-tests (usability, comprehension), review Lighthouse reports together, fix a Design System component, configure a minimal CI/CD pipeline. Goal: team leaves with actionable insights and reusable tools — not a stack of forgotten slides. Progress is practised, not decreed. We offer 'Start small' (2h), 'Deep dive' (½ day), and 'Applied Sprint' (1-2 days) formats linked to your roadmap. We document learning, create checklists, and connect to product governance so knowledge persists. Many bridges exist: a UX Design workshop leads to dev needs (API, automation); accessibility session reveals sustainable web performance improvements; AI exploration uncovers useful POCs. Deliverables: concise materials, corrected exercises, checklists, templates (prioritisation, acceptance criteria), integration examples (Design System, CI/CD, API), training plan.
