Audit, Diagnosis and Recommendations

Understand before acting. An audit is not just another document; it is shared awareness. We analyse the current state with a clear diagnosis: content, critical journeys, metrics, technical debt, UX signals. We cross data with field feedback, then prioritise what will create the most short-term impact. Concretely, we propose scenarios with Quick Wins and foundational projects, as well as initial strategic framing (30/60/90 days) to move into execution mode. Our method blends factual study and analysis with rapid validations: interviews, prototype-tests, A/B tests if needed. The goal is not necessarily to 'redo everything', but to focus effort where it counts. We map obstacles and clarify product governance: who decides, who executes, which rituals and milestones. Each recommendation is tied to simple indicators (usage KPIs, performance, error rates, conversion) to measure progress. We also prepare the continuous improvement loop. The audit naturally leads to Design and Tech. On the UX Design side, we suggest simplification tracks (information architecture, ergonomics, wireframes and mockups), with iterative user research to secure decisions. On the Tech side, we evaluate accessibility (WCAG/RGAA), sustainable web performance (budgets, Lighthouse, Ecograder, Core Web Vitals), and API and API automation status (interoperability, monitoring). Where relevant, we identify useful AI integration cases (assistants, document search) – never for superficial 'wow' effect, always for value. Output deliverables: prioritised diagnostic report, initial backlog, realistic roadmap, arbitration and prioritisation templates, first actionable fixes. You leave with shared vision, concrete decisions, and clear links to Design and Tech processes.
